We use SSL encryption for information sent through our website and limit access to customer details to people who need it for sales, order handling, or support. We retain information only for as long as it supports those business needs, recordkeeping duties, or dispute resolution.
A payment gateway may process payment details when you place an order. That provider handles payment security under its own privacy terms. printdek does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable US law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Send your request to info@maderatech.com and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant conversation or order.
